The blades do not dull out after 1-2 shaves like a lot of the competition does which greatly adds to the value. I would also recommend the shave butter as well. I had always been a shave cream guy, however the shave butter works much better and helps to prevent nicks and cuts. Do your skin a favor and give DSC a try, you won’t be disappointed!"
"I absolutely love the 6-blade razor cartridge from DSC! I tried the 4-blade option years ago, but honestly, it doesn’t compare. The 6-blade gives me a smooth, effortless, close shave every time. I’m not a daily shaver, usually every 2–3 days, and I still get an incredibly close, comfortable shave without much effort. Yes, it costs a little more, but for me, it’s absolutely worth it. "The Starter Shave Kit is very affordable. The blades aren’t as sharp as previous blades I’ve bought from Dollar Shave. Not a fan of the so called “Shave Butter. ” My experience is that is just doesn’t give enough lather - soap as regular shaving cream. 🤷🏽♂️ so I’ll pass on purchasing any. Overall for the price, great product."

"4 blade is just as good as the 6. Maybe the 6 is a little smoother. What really needs to be addressed is the handles. When the holder loses suction and falls the handle breaks almost every time. I’m on my 3rd one this year. Older handles lasted for several years before failing to hold blades securely"
