Poor communication lost shipment

"I ordered hair gel which I like but didn’t receive it after 2 weeks. I emailed customer service and they agreed to send me another shipment. Patricia was the person I emailed and she stated if the other shipment arrives later to just keep the product on the house. The other shipment did show up a couple of weeks after the replacement shipment and I was charged again for the shipment. Didn’t need 6 hair gels. Emailed Patricia back and explained I was charged for two shipments but never heard anything back from her."

"I use this daily. . . My hair is stubborn and this gel is a life saver. My hair stays put and al I do is massage the gel into my scalp daily and comb. Once te gel sets (about 10 minutes or so) I comb again and the hair stays clam and stylish all day. ."
