"You have this set up as sending replacements every two months, but only two blades and small tubes. Not a good look. You know better, based on your blade recommendations and recommendations for replishment of larger tubes."

"Arrived with half of the razors listed, didn't come with the razor guard or the post shave dew. Also the bag doesn't zip all the way closed it uses a magnet for the last flap which seems strange since it does have a zipper and the magnet doesn't seem strong enough to really hold it closed. I tried contacting support and now im waiting for a reply through email. it kept saying to hit ""i need more help"" but I couldn't find any such button. when i tried getting someone to talk to the support bot was saying it was after business hours. it was 2pm on a monday. However the shave butter seems to work like a champ and I did like the razor alright."
